Q: Are your teas and bath blends natural?
A: Yes. Each blend is thoughtfully crafted with pure botanicals, herbs, and flowers. We do not use artificial flavors, preservatives, or harsh additives—only what nature provides.

Q: Are your bath blends suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our herbal soaks are made with skin-loving botanicals and mineral salts. For very sensitive skin, we suggest performing a small patch test prior to use, as each body responds uniquely.

Q: Do your teas contain caffeine?
A: Our teas are naturally caffeine-free unless otherwise noted. They are designed to calm, restore, and harmonize—ideal for mornings of gentle awakening or evenings of deep relaxation.

Q: Are your blends medicinal?
A: Our offerings are created for wellness, comfort, and ritual. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

🛒 Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select the blends that call to you, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase through our secure checkout.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We welcome major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, processed securely through Wix.

Q: Can I adjust or cancel an order?
A: If you need to make changes, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel.

📦 Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are carefully prepared within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S. at this time. 

Q: Will I be able to track my order?
A: Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been sent on its way.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: To honor safety and purity, we cannot accept returns on teas or bath products.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit to ensure your experience remains smooth and restorative.

✨ Ritual & Use

Q: How should I prepare the tea blends?
A: Steep 1–2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Allow yourself a pause to breathe deeply as the botanicals release their natural aromas.

Q: How do I use the bath blends?
A: Add one filled tea bag into warm bath water and let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes, allowing the herbs to infuse into the water. Let the botanicals continue infusing as you immerse yourself in a calming soak.

Q: Are bath blends for drinking?
A: No. Our bath blends are created solely for external use. For sipping, we invite you to explore our herbal teas.
